There wasn't any direction upon entering the store....no one greets you to let you know your next...or after whom ever....looking around at other customers everyone sort of seemed to have a dazed look... like they were not sure who was next either....after a short wait..(and communication with other customers as to who was next)...I was helped by Lauren Reeve...Who was the best part of the "experience".... She was helpful... full of energy...and excited to do her job. Thank You ... I am not... dissatisfied with Verizon....

Dylan was absolutely amazing. He was friendly knowledgeable and very helpful. He took an hour to help me so everything was working correctly and I feel that is great customer service.
