This T mobile is by far the best ever. Customer service is good every time, friendly, fast, knowledgeable, convenient location, and helpful. Etc. T mobile offers a military discount and so much more. Oh and pretty good service in my area.
I have never had a problem that couldn't be fixed at this location. Carlos is always very informed and helpful. Justin helped us today and was every bit as nice as Carlos. It seems Bullhead City AZ has the friendliest customer service.

Horrible customer service from a manager. I was switching and needed to keep my same phone & number ,all he did was bad mouth my previous phone provider, bottom line it was too much work for him and he did not want to bother . So I was going to get a new phone and said he was wiped out due to customer's coming in from Ca. & Nv. he should have been thankful of all the customers he had. 2 phone lines and the main number was switched without a problem in California . NEVER will I enter into Store#4603 again.
