Better than France!nnIt's true - I've traveled Europe in search of the best baguette and little did I know it was right here in my backyard the whole time! The Ashland Baking Company is proficient in the art of baking. Their sourdough is ambrosia with the perfect duo of crunch and tang. The chocolate croissant is flaky with just the right amount of chocolate. I also enjoy their deli offerings. And need I go on with the cakes! So grateful to have this wonderful shop in Ashland!
Best bread in Wisconsin! Try the Pan Au Chocolat if you want something sweet! The Cranberry Walnut Sourdough is just divine.
We love the Ashland Baking Company! Their sourdough bread is amazing and I've had my fair share of their scones - delicious. Was especially impressed by the bagels though. I had their everything bagel - wow. Fantastic!

This place is AMAZING. The staff is super friendly. We bought a macaroon, a shortbread cookie, and a loaf of their Asiago garlic bread. I can’t say enough good things you have to come here and try it yourself. My husband and I are from Milwaukee and I’m already planning a trip so we can come back. Wish we had a place like this by us!!
