Stephan was absolutely phenomenal, and definitely went above and beyond! My phone has all of my clients on it and decided to freeze on me with no way to get in. I called online Verizon and apple care and they basically did nothing to help, but tell me the only way I was going to be able to solve the problem was by paying $200 to get a new phone. I knew my plan was almost up and that I could just go in and pay off my plan to get my free upgrade. What I did not know that I was also able to trade in my phone! My phones trade it value was $136. OVER the amount I needed to pay off my plan to be able to get the free update. Stephan not only shared with me that I was going to be able to trade in my phone for that value BUT also took the 45 minutes that it took to unlock my iPhone from find my iPhone in order to actually trade in my phone. He also shared with me (because I’m on a business account) that I was able to switch my entire plan over (with 7+phones on it) to UNLIMITED data INSTEAD of the shared 16 gigs for $150 LESS a month. I was so overly joyed and thrilled with my experience here in the Springfield VT, Verizon. I have gone to the Verizon in Rutland and have never gotten anything other than attitudes, and doing the most to get the most out of you instead of doing the most so you’re not spending the most. Thank you, thank you THANK YOU to Stephen for doing the absolute most for me, and creating a lot less stress in my life. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!

I would like to commend Savannah at the Springfield, Vermont Verizon office! I had many questions regarding getting my mother-in-law set up with a cell phone and Savannah was patient and professional, leaving no questions unanswered! Great job!
