Dunkin'

This place can't get a simple coffee order correct. Americano with caramel. That's all. Every time I have ordered it over the past several days, it has been wrong.nI am only giving one star because I am not allowed to give zero.

I wish i could get 2 free donnuts

The manager is rude and completely unprofessional.... I'll never go there again

It's eh. Good if they get your order right. Which I mean just a large iced coffee with cream and sugar. Nothing fancy yet idk how many times they've completely forgotten sugar. Or the size. But when they get it right it's pretty good

The staff that are working at the Dunkin donuts in town at penguin Mart are so pleasant and listen for what you want and need, unlike the north Springfield Dunkin donuts they're rude and very unpleasant.
