Bruce was excellent. We walked in and told him what we were looking for and he showed us the perfect match on the first shot. And he didn't mind our crazy 4 year old running around trying out all the couches. He was able to find us something we could get right away since all the lead times are crazy right now with covid and because we have a new baby coming we wanted one of the pieces before the baby came and also didn't want to have to deal with the delivery at the same time the baby was due. Awesome job Bruce McClure. Thank you!!!!!
Excellent experience -- very pleased with our purchases. Our sales person, Dennis, was very knowledgeable about the products, and very professional and courteous. He took the time to answer all of our questions. Excellent display of product, many different styles of furniture to choose from. Very satisfied!
Dennis is great, he came to our new home in Manchester and he spent several hours there with us working on picking out sleeper sofas from Luonto. He was able to provide valuable information regarding both form and function. My mind cannot create a visual of the end result and Dennis drew a floor plan that really helped. Great knowledge, great sense of style, and the bottom line number worked in our budget.
We knew what we wanted when we went to Brown’s. Danielle showed us perfectly coordinated fabric and colors for our sectional and chair. All had to compliment the rug we had already purchased; she did that with ease. Danielle was the best! Easy to work with and laugh with.
Bruce McClure was extremely helpful and friendly. He took the time to educate us on the options available and did not pressure us in any way. It was probably the best furniture buying experience we've ever had - Bruce is a credit to Brown's Furniture!
