My husband and I had a remarkable experience here! Joe was, absolutely, fantastic! He was very thorough, sympathetic and took his time to understand our needs! We did not feel pressured to buy an expensive mattress or to buy any add ons, like some other stores do! It was the most pleasurable experience we've ever had buying a mattress or anything for that matter! I highly recommend Mattress Firm in Lebanon, NH!

Excellent customer service! We were encouraged to spend time trying out the mattresses after Joe had gotten a good sense of what we were looking for and needed for sleep comfort. No pressure on us to spend on the top of line...we were shown several that would meet our needs (medium firmness, plush feel, supported edge) in varying price points.
