Kohl's

Nice selection. Generally decently stocked, but depends on the section. Kitchen, bedding, and linens tend to be a bit of a mess. Employees are all friendly and more than willing to help you find whatever you're looking for. Queue for a register is efficient. Don't let the long line discourage you.

The store is clean and well stocked. Some of the chashiers can be a bit too pushy about getting Kohl's credit card, which I dont want to sign up for. They just keep insisting that I'm wasting money by not signing up, which is annoying. But other than that, service is good in general!

Actually I love the variety this store carries, however, my trip today involved dropping off a package to be returned to Amazon. Totally easy!! The customer service/return staff were friendly and helpful. When you bring your Amazon items to be returned through Kohl's (at no charge to you), you also get a 25% off coupon to shop at Kohl's too!! Social Distancing is maintained, you can shop online, pay for your order and just pick it up at the Customer Service Counter too. Masks are required in the store, but they are also supplied by the store along with hand sanitizer at the ready for your use prior to entering and at the check out. The staff members sanitize the counters between each customer, and the floors are clearly marked to maintain the appropriate 6 ft. social distance required. I actually saw some items that I was interested in just from the Customer Service/Return Counter while I was returning my Amazon package today!

Excellent customer service and bargain deals! From the moment i stepped in the store to cashing out i was approached with welcomed with a smile. Clean store,mask required.
