Horrible service waited 15 min to order in drive thru and nothing. I drove to get ice cream somewhere else. In these times where restaurants need business you would think customer service would be important.
Horrid customer service. Swore I was never going back but tried one last time and for the 4th time in 6 months out of regular chocolate ice cream and they could care less.
Second time I've been in and they don't have Rocky Road, and this time no chocolate either. 😐 Who is doing the ordering?
