Free Tool loaner program is priceless, very helpful for providing the right tool for the job on diy projects. Saved me having to buy expensive tools I don't generally need, and helped me avoid wasting hour on things like removing a stuck rusted on rotor and hub assembly with three jaw 7 ton gear pullers and slide hammers that easily finish the job in 1-2 minutes.

I like the place personally. If they aint got it, they are more than willing to go find it. Prices are reasonable and competitive as much with anybody else. They've got a rewards program.nHelen has gone the extra mile for me more than once. All the staff are friendly and willing to help.
