Went by today to pick up a drink for my boss and myself. My boss ordered a drink with extra ice. There was not extra ice in the cup. When I expressed my concern over the apparent lack of attention to detail regarding the extra ice I got negative pushback from two employees. They assured me they put extra ice in it although there was about 1/4 of the cup filled with ice at this point. I told them it was for my boss and she specifically asked for extra ice. The drive through employees told me my boss would be alright and so I wouldnI. I’ve never met such rude employees. My iced chai add a shot tasted absolutely vile. I would say their customer service is about as tasteless as their poorly made product. I am not your average customer as I have managed a successful coffee shop in Seattle and know the coffee business inside and out. I should expect poor quality from a low quality establishment on product but they could definitely work on not be disrespectful to their customers.

Ah, forgot I could put in a review on google. So I’m gonna do that! 0/2 for covid safety. Since the start of the pandemic, I’ve been in there twice. First time, EVERY EMPLOYEE had their nose poking out of the mask. Wow. Why did I buy anything? That time, I tweeted to Dunkin’, no luck.nnTake two, I go in there last week or so, and the guy on the grill making my sandwich had his mask pushed down to a chin strap. I told the cashier to forget about it, I didn’t feel comfortable with that, and I left, out the cost of the sandwich.

Gave me uncooked bacon, after they left my order sitting in drive thru. Was on my way to work so no way for me to go back and get a new order. Disgusting.

Some employees don't change there gloves and the food is not always made right like just today my 2 sandwiches were not heated up the cheese was still cold and unmelted. Canal ST Brattleboro, VT
