I love this store and Manager Tammy does a great job getting everyone in the spirit of the seasons!
Awful. Lady at drive thru handed me a coffee with the lid not on. Spilled all over myself and my girlfriend. My hand was completely burned / red. No sorry, nothing. She actually had the audacity to be annoyed. This happened on 9/29/20.
I ordered a decaf coffee with almond milk, repeatedly warning them that I am allergic to both caffeine and milk. Needless to say I almost died. Probably don't come to this Dunkin if you have special dietary needs and enjoy living.
Ordered med regular coffee, 25 munchkin s and egg, bacon croissant. Paid for all three and didn't get my croissant. They threw my receipt away. I gave a $20 bill and got $6.15 back. The manager took my order and said I he forgot to put my sandwich in. And if I wanted it still I would have to pay for it! I said no because I already did pay and I left because poor service I waited 10 mins already.
First off they do great with their iced coffees and make it the way I expect it to be.nnButnnThey don’t know how to spread cream cheese on a bagel evenly.... they slab a big spoonful of cheese on a bagel and smoosh it together.... and expect me to eat it like that... no no that’s not how you do it. If y’all do that please leave me a plastic knife in the bag. Please and thank you!!nnThis isn’t the first time.nnPlease satisfy me :*
