Estes Express was the carrier for my order at Home Depot. After receiving order delivery updates and delays for a week I called about the order and delivery status. Estes stated they could not locate my product for my order. When I asked how they could provide tracking updates for delivery when they could not locate the product, Estes had no answer. They wasted 2 weeks trying to deliver a product they had lost, but continued to post tracking updates the product was on its way for delivery.nnNever use this carrier. And I hope Home Depot finds a new provider.

Ed Berriman, Ken Robertson, and Kimberly Sheltra are great to work with. Whenever I might have issues with a shipment they immediately work on getting the problem solved. I receive a lot of volume quotes from Kimberly. She gets back to me very quickly with a great rate.

We have booked Estes through a 3rd party freight company 3 times this year. All 3 times we requested AND PAID for lift gate service. Not once did they show up with it. Then they tried blaming our 3rd party agency saying that they supposedly booked the freight without asking them. Come to find out, Estes has to approve the BOL before accepting the job. We will never be using this awful company again.

I have been working with the Estes terminal in Barre, VT for a few years now. My experience with them has been very good overall. They have knowledgeable staff, great customer service and the driver on our route is fantastic.
