I had a great experience with Ashley. He was knowledgeable, kind and pastiest with me while I processed all the information. I made 2 visits and did a whole lot of research online before deciding on the right mattress for me. I am waiting on the delivery in a few days and can’t wait to experience a better sleep. So far customer service was great. I am happy to support a local business during these challenging times.
My Wife and I stopped in to buy new pillows. Chuck was very helpful and kind. We ended up buying two new temper-pedic pillows. We are excited for them to arrive. I’ve never had a bad experience at this store, the staff has always been very helpful and accommodating.
Chuck was very pleasant and incredibly helpful. He was not pushy in the least, listened well and was genuinely interested in my satisfaction, offering numerous options and alternatives. His goal was to find a successful outcome that left me the. OST satisfied with my purchase.
Our salesperson Chuck was amazing. Very knowledgeable, attentive without being pushy, and built our trust by being transparent about pros and cons of different options. I'd strongly recommend him to friends and family.
Customer service remindeded me of the olden days when salesperson listened to the customer. Friendly and courteous service was very impressed he remembered my name from the prior visit I made to the store. That doesn't happen to often these days.
