The store is very nicely set up, so it's enjoyable to browse collectibles and games. The manager Adam is very knowledgeable about system repairs, games and most other things I'm sure. Most the staff is incredibly professional and knowledgeable about their job.

Went here to buy an Xbox one controller. They have several options on display. I brought one to the counter and they said they didn’t have that controller. I asked what they did have and they didn’t have any controllers, but a refurbished one. So they have all kinds of stuff on the walls here, but they don’t actually have the products. It’s basically a waste of time to go here. If you see something you want they probably won’t have it. This is why GameStop is dying. Even when the consumer tries to help them they can’t help themselves. If you don’t have controllers at a store that sells video games you mine as well just give up. You lose GameStop!!! Your all out of lives.

Gamestop purchased my old iPhone that was just sitting in a drawer collecting dust. We were able to get new tyres on our car early because of the extra amount of money! Also, they have a very good selection of used games in great condition; perfect for a holiday gift!

I came in just browsing, and left with a great experience! No, I didn't buy anything on this trip, but I am definitely coming back when I'm ready to buy. Mickey, the store clerk, was a role model of how sales staff ought to treat customers. He was a pleasant gentleman. Not an in-your-face, high pressured sales person. Very knowledgeable with solutions to every question I asked, but never felt like he was trying to impress me with his know how. He clearly enjoys his job at Game Stop. In addition, their pricing beats Walmart's pricing for the same exact items - hands down! Looking forward to completing my dream, home entertainment / gaming system with the affordable pricing and outstanding service (I will call to make sure Mickey is working when I return)!
