I recently bought a new computer that I was told came with Microsoft Word, but as it turns out, it was simply a trial. I was not told this. For if i were told this, I wouldn't have paid such a high price! I figured I was paying for Word as well. tried to return it, but they told me that there's a fee for cleaning the computer (because I ran the start-up process).. They wanted nearly 20% of what I paid for it... I am never going back! I've been a loyal customer for 12 YEARS! But no more.
These guys are absolutely the best! I bought my last laptop there a couple of years ago and the sales and service have been extraordinary. No waiting on hold when you call for help.
I have been using the computer Barn for all of my computer needs for a long time. Any purchase or repair , I make sure to go there. Always fast and friendly. Very knowledgeable! Whether you're a gamer or a klutz, Joe at the computer Barn can help you out. I walked in this morning with a broken laptop and came out 15 minutes later, all fixed for a great price.
This is a terrible place! I took my computer in to get fixed in the morning. An hour later, I came back to pick it up, as I decided to return the computer as opposed to getting it fixed. They told me the computer was beyond repair, but charged me 30 dollars anyways! All they want is your money, they don't care about anything else. You guys got my 30 dollars, congratulations, but you won't be getting my business again, bank on that.
