Fantastic product. Great customer service. Love their stuff. So worth the money. I’ve had their furniture for 35 years and you’d think it was a year old.
Did a pick up here. Everyone was really nice. And there is a little shopping mall across the road to pick up things needed in the truck.
We purchased Telescope chairs and have since had them begin to break on the sides. As telescope is suppose to have a great warranty policy, I brought them to the main store in Granville and asked them to look at the problem. They asked where I purchased the chairs. I said at the place a block up the road fromnhere. They then told me they don’t warranty anything not purchased fromTHIS store. I said isn’t your warranty for the telescope furniture? The reply I received was they will only warranty from their store. So people BEWARE the great warranty you think you have is FAKE. Extremely disappointed with the service and chairs and would not recommend either as they don’t warranty. If I didn’t want a warranty I would have gone to the big box store!
Their furniture is of the highest quality. Their commitment to stepping up to help during a national emergency goes back over a century!
I bought 2 of their patio swivel chairs back in the '80s and still have them. I replaced the fabric once. They are still as good as new. This is very high quality furniture and well worth the price. I will never part with them.
