I've been trying to get a sofa from a different furniture store for over 4 months. Getting tired of a lack of communication, I decided to check elsewhere. Best decision I could have made! I contacted bennington furniture after seeing a sofa on their website and wrote a message. I immediately heard back from Alyssa. She was informative , polite and professional. We were able to reach a deal on a sofa within a few messages. All at a great price. Top notch service.
I was looking for a recliner but lived 40 minutes away. I called and spoke to Kourtney about what was available. She went out of her way to explain inventory, took pictures of candidate recliners and emailed to me so I knew the trip would be worthwhile. Once we got to the store, She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, discussing the differences between the models. In 15 minutes we had settled on a unit and she had delivery scheduled for next week. She was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend the store!
What a great place to buy furniture! I found the sales staff to be super helpful and lots of fun to shop for furniture with. Refreshingly knowledgeable and above and beyond patient, made my experience a pleasure instead of a chore. My consultant took the time to explain my options for me and even suggest some more appropriate items. This is my third time buying furniture from Bennington Furniture in Rutland. There is sure to be a fourth!
The consultants were very accommodating to me browsing by myself. They were well informed and helped me to choose what I wanted. They did check in with me but kept back when I mentioned looking around to see what I liked the look of. The store was welcoming and had masks/sanitizer available throughout.
Tara was terrific! I came in telling her I was “stuck” about furnishing the sitting area of a newly renovated room. I had my drawings, some photos and an idea of what I wanted in terms of feel and comfort, but I very much needed help with color and furniture arrangement.nnTara zeroed right in on my design needs with all her enthusiasm, talent and expertise. And she didn’t stop until we had identified the best pieces and colors for the space. I would never have been able to come up with the design elements on my own. I am so pleased and can’t wait to see the pieces in the room.
