Nice phone, but the employee who helped me put my new phone in my wife's phone number. It was a real mess.

Absolutely love this store location. Your manager is the most incredible, intelligent, and helpful person I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with in any store, phone or utility company ever. The other Verizon store in Rutland is in the Green Mountain Shopping Plaza and I have been a Verizon customer there for 8 years and I have never dealt with as much rudeness, impatience, and disregard for the customers needs as I have in that store throughout the years. Thankfully sometimes I did encounter a few wonderful employees but most of them have all left now. One of your employees Jeff at Verizon Go Wireless in the Rutland Shopping Plaza in Rutland, VT I helped me at the other store and he was always helpful, courteous, and competent. I met Kim at your store the other day as well and she is a very nice and lovely employee. I felt welcomed in your store and was not made to feel like a burden. I was told by the main Verizon store that your location could only sell me phones and accessories and do nothing else and would charge me extra to set up my phone so I initially did not visit your location but when COVID 19 shut down the main location for 4 months I went there to view phones and accessories so I could upgrade seeing as I had needed a new phone for months already. I purchased my phone at the main location last week so I could put my accessories on my bill they gave me an attitude and never succeeded in transferring any of my contact information except my phone numbers, and my videos to my new phone. My pictures and apps never transferred so I thought I was going to lose all of my family pictures as a result. I was very disappointed with my experience there. They always say they can nit help with anything when you ask them for help. I was in tears when I left and I had to take my old phone home with me and not trade it in till I could get my items transferred finally. Basically I was made to feel they did not care at all about my situation and said contact tech support. For years they always transferred my items over without any problem. Then I was never given my receipt for my phone and accessories I purchased and what I had paid that day. I had to request my receipts again. Then I asked them to put a new glass protector on my daughter's phone because we are bad at putting them on and they refused to help me with that too even though they have always did it before. Guess what store did not refuse to help me. Thank you. I will be back. Customer service is lacking at the main store giving Verizon a bad image but thankfully Verizon Go Wireless employees treated us with more respect, understanding and caring period. I am sending everyone I know here for any future needs and will be doing what business I can there with better quality, better personality and more knowledgeable employees who truly go above and beyond and care. Your not just a number or dollar sign to them and you are treated as important and your needs are heard and handled professionally as they should be.

Had a replacement phone from Asurion that I was having trouble setting up. Went in and everyone was friendly. Dennis was great. I brought my old phone which I couldn't get to charge. He spent about an hour with me getting the phone to charge enough so he could help me transfer some treasured photos. Awesome experience. I will definitely go there again for phones and service. Thank you Dennis.

Went in to check out the new phones,was thinking of buying a new one.salesperson did not want to help,I have been a Verizon customer for a long time,guess I might have to change company,in order to get some one to respond.hope you have better luck then I have.
