Coffees were good. But I stood there waiting a bit to be greeted and for my order to be taken while employees continued their personal conversations. Also, No bathrooms in the store, they are closed.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin' in Rutland, VT. Your order is messed up 90% of the time and when you try to tell the staff you get nothing but attitude.nnMy visit today, 11/6/20, was atrocious. I arrived and my coffee was wrong. I politely let the staff know. I waited 20 minutes for it to be corrected. When the girl brought over my new coffee I apologized and said it was supposed to be a large and not a medium. Staff member became agitated and insisted it was a medium. I told her I could pull up my order on my phone and she told me she didn't have time for this. She's in the service industry and doesn't have time for her customers? I believe she needs a career change.nnI will be taking extra time to go to one of the other locations in Rutland from now on.

I usually come here every morning to get coffee. This morning, it was quite busy inside and in the drive thru. It was clear that they were very short staffed, so I waited for them to have time to make my coffee. As I was patiently waiting (along with a few others) we witnessed customers waiting in line rudely screaming at the workers to hurry up. The three employees working handled the unwarranted comments very professionally!!

Slowest dunkin inside and drive thru I've ever been to. Typically sit in the drive thru and wait because they mess up the orders inside so often.

Horrible, I don't know what's going on the last couple of months but nobody knows how to do their job in this location. I've been handed the wrong food, not given my food, wrong drinks..etc. On several occasions the employees have been complaining about eachother or the company, as they stand around and do nothing. Ridiculous!
