I have been using the services of Computer-EZ for a couple of years now, and they are head and shoulders above the competition for computer repair. I have had terrible experiences with other places (I am looking at you, Brad's Computers in Shelburne) and am happy to travel the extra distance to visit Larry and Adam in Mendon. Many times my issues can be fixed by remote connection, and I find that both Larry and Adam explain matters well and go every extra mile to resolve the problems. Did I mention that they are very reasonably priced? They are. Very. I will never go anywhere else.

Went there with a cooling issue for my gaming PC and they went above and beyond to get my computer in, diagnosed, and repaired in a timely fashion. They even got ahold of the company to RMA the cooler and put in the new one. All was done at a fair price and they were very professional and kept in contact with me the whole time. 5 stars.

Larry and Adam always take good care of me, take my calls, and even reach out to me when they are out of town or answer calls after hours. Larry has been taking care of my computer and network needs for more than 20 years. On the rare occasion that he has an issue either with time and availability, or the even rarer occasion my problem needs extra help, he has a network of experts that he will cooperate with to solve my particular problem. His word is his bond. I've recommended his firm to many of my friends. As long as I am in business, Larry will be my first call when I need computer advice and service.

Larry is the best computer guy we have ever used. He set up our computersnand printers when we needed, and at very reasonable rates. Whenever we have a problem or question, he responds quickly, and in most cases walks us through by phone. He is a pleasure to deal with.

When I moved to Vermont a little over a year ago I asked around for a good techy that could help me with any issues that may come up and they got recommend to me. I work remote so my laptops and electronics are very important to me. They have diagnosed any issue I have had almost immediately (I have been on 3 separate occasions) and even fixed a touchscreen laptop screen overnight because I was flying out the following morning and needed to bring with me. They are friendly and to the point. I will continue using them for any technical need, you should too!
