If you’re going to have the curbside services option on the app then please have that available. If you don’t want to serve curbside Monday - Friday then take it off the app. I use curbside delivery so I can look at my work emails while I wait for my coffee every morning (I don’t care how long I need to wait for my coffee) and I certainly do not need a lecture from the associate bringing me my coffee.
I usually have really high praises for this Dunkin but I’m getting REALLY tired of them locking the door to the inside. Just the other day a man was STANDING in the drive thru because he had taken the bus here and the inside wasn’t open. C’mon guys, once you figure that out it goes back to being the best Dunkin in town.
They ain't elegant or pretty, but they are there when you need them. That should never be taken for granted. It counts for a lot.
Multiple employees wearing not wearing masks properly, working the drive throu with it around their chin, nose and mouth exposed. Mentioned it to the manager on duty, he didn't care. Won't be going again, extremely poor service.
This was a good DD, plenty of staff, prompt service.
