Very good service, except for the one older guy at the desk. He's an interesting interaction. That's all I have to offer. No problems, ever and Evan is the best sales associate they have. He knows the business of customer service. Kudos to Evan and the person who hired him.
Overcharged for an iPad 6 gen by over 100 bucks... should have known better since the guy didn’t even know what gen it was when I asked. Only found out a few months later about the prices since I am not familiar with iPad and it was a gift. Rude people who walk by you as well. Rude ups too lol
It's not bad. It's the only place where you can actually talk to a human being who might actually be able to answer questions when you are looking for electronics. Clean store and customer service is pretty decent, the only real downside is that they dont have a huge selection of in-store inventory because it is a small store.
Staples was renovated about 6 months ago. There is a new art section that is really nice with drawing and painting materials. Unlike anything in the Rutland area. When going in leave some time to see all areas of the store.
I went in to get a record book for monthly bills, and found one. Trip in and out in less than 10 minutes. The cashier even updated my information for staples rewards too! Definitely will go back again.
