Always fast and friendly. Always love soup salad and sandwiches. If you value your health don't look at their sweets. You will gain weight just by looking.

I am never disappointed by the great food, and usually everyone is very nice at this location! However, yesterday I had a bad experience with a rude employee. I ordered curbside pickup and my order was brought out to me by an older, heavyset white man. He handed me my iced coffee and bag of food then turned around and started walking away. I opened the bag to see I didn't have a straw so I asked him for one. Instead of being courteous, he proceeded to tell me that it's Vermont law that they can't just give me a straw, I have to ask for one. That's funny, because every other place I've gotten food from in VT has given me a straw. Good customer service would have him ask me if I needed one, at the very least. Especially since he had them right in his apron pocket. This type of passive aggressiveness is totally uncalled-for and had me leave feeling unhappy.

I go there in the morning for breakfast. Not anymore. I now have to get my food where they use to bring me my food. Realize I am there before 7 and there is no one else there. When I complain they say it’s Corp new policy. I could understand it if I was not the only one there. Even McDonald brings you your food. I am now going to start going somewhere else.

Ordered the ‘family deal’. Did not receive baguette or cookies, salad was seriously lettuce and croutons, serving for one. I have tried since October 6th to call..the phone is never answered, sit on hold for an hour. Wrote to customer service 6 times, no response.

Sandwich made incorrectly. Salad made incorrectly. Curbside pickup didn't work. Waited 20 mins
