A string on my guitar snapped. I am new to the area, but fortunately I discovered this place. Mike was right there ready to help. Had a great conversation, and was on my way in no time. Will certainly be going back In the future.

I had a guitar that was in need of a few things to make it comfortable to play and my brother recommended that I stop by Northeast TV and Music. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was impressed with how friendly and helpful the owners Connie and Michael were! Connie's warm smile and great sense of humor put me right at ease and Michael knew exactly what the guitar needed to make it easier to play. He switched out the heavy strings for some lighter, softer ones and lowered the action so that I wasn't having to press each string down as hard. I would highly recommend this business for all of your instrument/music needs; you won't be disappointed. Thank you Connie and Michael for being so awesome!

Mike and his wife were both super friendly and inviting as soon as i walked in. They set me up with everything i needed and shared some worthwhile stories while i was there. I absolutely recommend checking their shop out. They are both down to earth people. Very easy to talk to.
