Very local to me which is handy. Not always the best customer service, some of them seem like they don't really want to help you especially if you don't look local enough. So dress down, look dirty and you actually get better service. (I tried it, worked.)

Unfortunately I have have continuing bad experience with this branch in particular. The completely stuffed up one of my orders, ordering and delivering the wrong materials eventhough the delivery sheet specified the correct materials. When I called, the assistant laughed in my face. They did the very minimum to correct it and made me feel like I was putting them out.nThis was not the only occasion.nALLEN LUMBER are far better in my opinion and will always go the extra mile to correct their mistakes.nI am closing my Poulin Lumber account and will never deal with them again.
