ACS installed carpet in 2 bedrooms and 3 closets for us. They were very professional,polite, had masked on and efficient. They kept in contact with us when they were arriving.They were on time ,vaccumed and did just an outstanding job!! We have an 1850s farm house with narrow doorways and hallways. It was no easy feet getting the old carpet out and the new in the house much less installing it. It all looks beautiful and we will use them againnThanx for the great service!!!!
Excellent experience with ACS and their contractor (Smith Flooring). Very professional, prompt, and communicative. Great install!
They do a good job installing however, terrible with scheduling an communication. Waited on hold for 25 minutes when I called them. They won't schedule via email. I've had several installations done by them and the finished product is always acceptable however, On the day of installation if the house is below the 65 degrees or electrical outlet is farther than 25 feet from the installation location or if they don't have someplace to cut the carpet, they will leave and reschedule for three weeks later.
