Very very slow.drive thru backed up to road..inside had 6 people waiting..I waited 8 min on a sm hot cocoa..2 ppl on drive thru..1 girl on front..2 ppl in back. POOR MANAGEMENT or TRAINING
This store has always had pleasant demeanor and nice coffee making people! I really like the iced caramel macchiatos- and the frozen matcha lattes with a bit of french vanilla swirl, to offset that nice, mouldy leaf taste!nSometimes, the line is egregiously long, but the wait is worth it.
If I could give a zero I would. They are walking around and handling food and drinks without masks. Not returning.
There are times my order isn't right, but they never give me a hard time about fixing it. It's gotten a lot better recently. I didn't catch her name, but yesterday, the girl realized she made my latte wrong as soon as she gave it to me, acknowledged it, and fixed it right away. I even got a knife in my food bag to spread my mayo on my beyond sausage sandwich, which I've never gotten before! There are some great, hard working crew members there for sure!
Most staff had masks, none wore them over nose and mouth and only one had it over her mouth. Girl wiped her nose with her hand and then plunged it into ice with scoop to get ice for drink she was making. I left so gross.
