Great quick and efficient service. I wanted the green iphone 11pro and unfortunately the store didn't have one in stock, in fact it was a super rare color of the model to find! With the help of the St. Albans team I was able to get one brought up from another store. Happy with my purchase and the service I received.
I upgraded my phone in about 45 minutes. Working in the car biz, I appreciate that! Dylan Bradford has a bright future if he chooses to stick with this industry, and should not be overlooked for opportunities. Dylan was very knowledgeable about phones and Verizon services. I am glad he suggested his personal Go-TO...an LG phone. I greatly appreciated his manners not only with myself but with other customers who were waiting to be helped, as well as a few phone calls. Took care of business seamlessly. Because of Dylan, I decided to purchase my new phone right then and there, as opposed to shopping around. Sometimes, the best deal does not come down to price, which is how it should be.

Leigh Needham stayed an extra HOUR AND A HALF after closing to help me set up and transfer my old phone to my new phone! Even though he had plans to go out 8.23.20, he was very friendly and went way over expectations to finish my new phone. HE'S AWESOME!! He should definitely be promoted!!
