Outstanding! I went to Green Mountain Geek for advice on how to improve my computer resources. They listened to my unique needs and then made a series of very intelligent recommendations. When they could not meet my need due to supply chain shortages (not their fault), they even directed me to a different merchant and guided me through the purchase process. They provided great service even when it was clear there was no profit in it for them. I'll certainly go to these folks for future needs.

We are a small business owner and have worked with Randy from Green Mountain Geek on multiple occasions over the last few years. He set us up with our new computer, software and installation which has worked flawlessly. We have also called on him to help us with connection issues and verify our computer malware protection software. Randy is a highly skilled and experienced computer and cyber protection expert with a down to earth easy to work with personality. He is very patient explaining tech things to a low tech guy like me. Called to have my keyboard replaced on my Asus laptop. He said he needed to price the replacement and to call back the following day. That was more than a week ago. I have kept calling back with no answer and still with a un usable laptop.
