Cute quaint cafe in the downtown area of ST. Albans. Great coffee/lattes and pastry’s! Couches and plenty of tables to sit and relax for a bit! Banana bread was good, a little gooey, raised maple donuts were good, apple fritter was amazing.

I love this place. They offer delicious coffee, drinks and unique food in a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere. Stop in for lunch, quick snack, a sweet treat or a delicious cup of coffee. You won't be disappointed.

Sadly, I work across the street from this place. AND, it is with great duress that I warn you: Their pastries, cakes, biscotti, danishes, whatever, are absolutely, overwhelmingly, horrifically delicious and represent a direct threat to those who are weak and strong alike....there is no defense against the the sumptous-ness. Prepare to be repeatedly assaulted. Tempted. Teased. Submission to the tempting, wantonly fabulous delights requires a warning sign on their door. These weapons of mass delicious-ness should be banned (for my waist line anyway).

The Traveled Cup has great sandwich and sweets options (a homemade Nutella poptart!) plus ice cream! They have a variety of hot and cold coffees and teas as well as some other specialty drinks. They have comfy indoor seating and outdoor tables.
