Five of us experienced the SALT CAVE in September and we all LOVED it! The owners are phenomenal; they're very accommodating, highly professional and knowledgeable.nWe all experienced great meditations. I also purchased a wonderful Salt Lamp in the gift shop.
My SO and I visited the salt cave for our anniversary. It was amazing, very much like a spa experience. While I didn't physically feel any different, we relaxed, marveled at the salt, and throughly enjoyed the experience of something different. Staff was wonderful, couldn't be happier.
I will definitely be back when I vacation in Vermont again. Such a relaxing and detoxifying experience.
What a great spot to go after a few days at the ski hill. I took advantage of the zero gravity chair in the salt cave. They tucked me in and i was in a meditative state for 45 minutes. Felt great after. Then proceeded for a massage with Deena who was wonderful and professional. Next time I go back I'll try the detox.
This was my first time going to a Salt Cave. It was a such a relaxing experience! I did the hand and foot detox and the salt cave. The staff was very friendly and explained the different processes and tuck you into a blanket to keep you warm while in the cave. Truly a great experience and can’t wait to go back!!
