We had a great and easy experience from start to finish. Tyler was really helpful in pointing us to options that would work for us. Both measuring and install went smooth. Everyone we met was really polite, showed up on time, and followed all social distancing/masking protocols.

We love our new carpet! Tyler recommended a top notch selection, so plush and soft. During his visit, Dave provided some very helpful suggestions to improve the sub-floor and stairs ( no more creaking! ). The crew: Christian and Tristin were upbeat, professional and worked very hard to remove our existing carpet and install the new one. They wore masks and took their shoes off - appreciated and important! Looking forward to our next project with Flooring America.

Friday I had Carpet installed from Flooring America, job was excellent. They called and verified the time, gave me a 2 hour window. Workers arrived on time, wore masks and took off there shoes. The install was done very quickly and looked great! We will definitely use them again.

We could not be happier with our new floor! We weren't sure what would be the best floor for our situation, the kitchen in a seasonal rental property. We wanted to maintain a rustic look but wanted easy maintenance. The floor Dave suggested is perfect. Tristin and Christian did an excellent job. They showed up on time wearing masks, were very friendly and polite and went right to work. When they were done they had picked up and cleaned up leaving nothing behind. There were no signs that anyone had been there other than we had a beautiful new floor! They did a wonderful job, I am very pleased and would recommend them highly! Thank you all.
