Both of my bands have had fantastic experiences at Robot Dog! Ryan and his team are professional and thorough in a relaxed and fun environment. They captured exactly the sound that we were looking for with very little guidance. Their masterful attention to detail really shows and the sound is outta this world. We were super impressed and extremely happy with the outcome. Would definitely recommend.
I recently recorded an album's worth of songs at Robot Dog. I worked with both Ryan and Sam. I found the overall vibe to be a great balance between professionalism, on one hand, while simultaneously being relaxed and laid-back. Both guys are able to create an environment where you don't feel self-conscious in any way during the recording process (difficult to pull off, I think). They're both extremely patient and accommodating, and it is clear that their objective is to first understand your goals and then do all that they can to help make them happen. All in all, this was a truly satisfactory experience for me.

I was recommended RDS a year before I even thought about recording an album—let’s just say that the legends were true! Ryan is a master of his craft, super-communicative during the whole process, and quick to fix any issues that arise after giving you a listen-through of the work. My album sounds like a million bucks, and I’ve got Robot Dog Studio to thank. Already looking forward to working again with the team. You will not be disappointed.
