They had a wide selection of soap dishes with varied price points. I was able to find one that filled my needs at a reasonable price. The front end service was terrible. The line went All the way across the front of the Store, then half way down the last aisle.

Stop making your employees take our phone number and email. I wish one could just buy something like back in the 90’s without giving all of my contact information. Just a simple sale is all that’s needed.

Horrible customer service. I was told at check out (in-store purchase) I would get $50 in my funds for my purchase of $500. I did not receive funds so I reached out through the live chat to inquire. I was told that because it was an in-store purchase, I had to go back to the store for help. I returned to the store who said I should call customer service, but after I explained that I had been directed to them from customer service, they were kind enough to re-enter the whole receipt in hopes that it would trigger the reward. Unfortunately that did not work so I called customer service and spoke with someone after holding for 20 minutes who assured me multiple times he would resolve it for me. After being on the phone with him for 20 more minutes, he said he would need a higher superviser to speak with me but that there was an hour or longer wait so he took my phone number and said they would be calling. I never got a call, the reward or even a coupon for the aggravation and waste of time. Thanks, BBB. Keep your $50 I'll be shopping elsewhere.

Lots of good deals! Especially liked the bedding and heating blankets and mattress pads on sale.
