I was so pleased with everything about my purchase, from beginning to end! I was looking for a natural mattress for my daughter, who had just moved to Vermont. Since I live in Tennessee -- and couldn't really see the product, or monitor the process -- it felt a little risky. I'm so pleased that the delivery went off without a hitch (the two people who came to deliver it went above and beyond), and my daughter absolutely loves the mattress! I loved their quick and courteous responses to my many texts! Thank you for truly caring about your quality and your customers!
After much research, I went to Natural Mattress Company to inquire about purchasing a latex mattress. The owner, Michael Hassenberg was very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He had a policy in place to follow COVID 19 precautions and explained it to me politely. Very responsive to my phone calls. As a result, we love the store and love our mattress.
This was by far and away the most seamless shopping experience for a mattress. The store owner, Mike, clearly cares about customer satisfaction and was a pleasure to work with! He coordinated delivery of my mattress in conjunction with delivery of a new bed frame too.
Highly recommended. Incredible customer service and great products. We are so thrilled with our purchases and look forward to returning to continue to furnish our bedrooms. Mike was so knowledgeable, helpful, patient and kind. We bought an organic ergovea mattress that is so comfortable, a beautiful locally made wood bed frame, mattress pad and pillow. This is such a great store and we are thrilled to have supported a small local business.
Great shopping and customer service experience and we love our new mattress. We went with one of the most affordable ones and are completely satisfied.
