I have been to many gyms in my lifetime but I’ve never had the success I have achieved in this one! Stacey is amazing. She teaches way more than than an exercise, she explains the rationale behind it. Correct form and visuals (my fav is squeezing out a sponge) make the reps that more effective. I’m a lifer here now. And I love the morning girls who make getting up at the crack of dawn worth it!

I love this gym! It’s like one big family. The classes are great, and the personal trainers, Stacey and Jeremy, give you a personal training program that is tailored for you with real results. I have almost achieved my goal with their excellent guidance and consistent encouragement. They teach you how to eat the right foods, exercise using proper form to avoid injury and get the most out of your workout. They want you to understand, and that a healthy lifestyle can change your life in many positive ways. Everyone is friendly and always willing to help. It is more than a gym to me!

This gym is a wonderful and a supportive place to work out! The staff are friendly and very helpful. The members are non-judgmental and nice. There are a variety of classes to take and it is never super crowded. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to get into shape. There is something for everyone and all levels. Another benefit is that it is female owned! LOVE this place!
