Absolutely fantastic experience! I had a few questions related to COVID safety measures prior to booking and got prompt responses right away that put my mind at ease. I had a session with Rick Lothrop to help with back pain and muscle soreness after intense exercising. The location was easy to find with plenty of available parking. Rick appeared to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I was so happy I could extend my 60 min session to 90 as I quite enjoyed Rick's deep tissue technique and my sore muscles really needed a proper massage/stretching. I highly recommend Rod Cain Massage Therapy and will definitely be back :)

Rod is a master masseur. I have been using him for years. I like buying a package, not just for the discount but because I makes the experience more personal. I don’t have to deal with my wallet or credit card.nnI had the last massage of my package of 10 yesterday. I bought another 10 pack today!nnThe quality of Rod’s work is superior. The studio is pleasant and peaceful. Free parking is a plus.

I recently had a massage with Rick at Rod Cain Massage Therapy. Having had a few massages elsewhere in the past, I can say this was an excellent one. The atmosphere of the room was calm and relaxing. We had a brief discussion beforehand to see why I was there and what to expect. The level of communication Rick and I had during the massage was good. He checked in a few times to make sure the pressure wasn’t too much and to help guide my breathing. He is quite skillful. I was having significant shoulder pain, and he definitely found the muscles that needed work. He also knew how to balance the pressure so that I could still breathe through it.nAfterwards, Rick gave me some posture tips and showed me a stretch I can do for my shoulder, so I can help prevent future injury. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and it definitely helped my shoulder a lot. Highly recommend!

I finally got to use my Christmas present from the wifey. Rick not only did an outstanding job on the massage but he went the extra mile to educate me on certain stretches that would be beneficial and we talked about how important hydrating is. The massage consisted of a variety of traditional aspects and a mix of items that were new to me. A pleasant surprise indeed. This is the second day after my massage and I am still feeling the benefits from it. I will be going back and I highly recommend Rod Cain Massage Therapy to anyone looking for a professional, high quality massage. Thanks for the great experience!

I had a one hour massage with Rod and he was very thorough, informative, and helpful. He gave me some great tips in the beginning of the appointment of how to prevent my muscle stiffness and went through some stretches. He really cares about his profession and does his job thoroughly. Highly recommend!
