I wish i could leave negative stars on Dan in T-mobile. I have been with T-mobile for about 5 years now. I just moved back to Kingman and I am having phone issues. I went in to upgrade my phone for 5g. Ready to drop $$$. Anyways, he was so ungodly rude. He basically said that upgrading won't make a difference.... I tried to tell him I always have an internet issue here too, he was like " oh ya it's been that way for 2 weeks". I said ummm no I always have this issue here. He said it was there network and nothing we can do. Then he got super sassy, like hormonal or something and I said Jeeze why so rude, he started screaming at me to get out of his store... I definitely made a complaint. My three small children were also there.
Extremely helpful!!!! I was delighted with how quickly the gentleman was able to make all the adjustments needed.

The kingman office keeps saying they will call me back and they don't. I've only have had problems with my phone since sprint went t-.moble. They should of stayed sprint.
Ez in and out . Answers all your questions honestly. Especially about 5G in a small town. Best customer service
