Jonathan Seale helped me find my mattress here. I came in twice and spent plenty of time trying out different mattresses he suggested. I didn't feel pressured to decide quickly or spend more money than I had in my budget. I feel like I got a good deal out of it in the end. The mattress delivery was multiple weeks late however.
Matt was amazing. I was so concerned and unsure of whether I could rectify my mattress situation. He put me totally at ease. The only concern I have is how long I have to wait for an exchange mattress.nBut the customer service was top notch.
Jonathan was knowledgeable and very helpful. We purchased a king and a queen mattress and have one of them delivering to our condo in Cape Coral Jonathan made this very easy and we were in and out of the store within an hour. Thank you for your professonalism.
Very happy with the mattress I purchased at a reasonable price. You should stop giving commission to your sales people and pay them hourly. I was greeted by a very sweaty unhealthy looking salesman who was helping a customer already and he expected me to wait for him. When I walked away to go talk to the saleswoman seated at a desk waiting for a customer he huffed at me. The young lady who helped me was wonderful.
The manager was incredibly rude to us; my fionce and I were about to purchase a memory foam king with this kind saleswoman, but then Bill I believe sent her off and started to treat us incredibly disrespectfully. He went on about his cats and seemed not to actually care about our reason for being there. Then he told us that the mattress we were intending to purchase had suddenly became unavailable and tried to up-sell us. Incredibly pushy and discourteous. We decided to take our business elsewhere. Never again.
