This store is the best! Caleb and the crew always pull through and make me feel welcome. I had an issue with verizon and my bill. But they got me all taken care of and feeling much better leaving than when I showed up! Thank you!!

I had a problem, they were very patient and very helpful. They answered all my questions and dealt with all my issues to the point that I am filling out a review which I dont and havent ever done. Highly recommend this store, super nice staff.

You know how you go in for help somewhere and you get someone who's obviously bored, and uninterested in helping you? I was kind of expecting that going in, but we had the total opposite with Laura. She was kind, patient, and so easy to work with. She helped us out with a few issues as we switched accounts, and even stayed late to help us finish out the transaction. Honestly working with her was one of the better customer service interactions I've had. We so appreciated it, and would not hesitate to go back for any other questions/purchases.

Caleb took care of me when I was having a problem with my phone and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be visiting this store again in the near future and hope to see Caleb again. Definitely an asset to the company
