DisappointednI tried to buy a keyboard here for my daughter. Called first, they said they had a bunch, made the 1/2 hr drive up to Burlington with my daughter. She picked out a nice Roland FP10, perfect for a beginner. But no one could sell it to us, “wasn’t their department”. Told me to come back. So I bought one online with free delivery! Same package I discussed on the phone before I drove there. So much for buying local, I tried. Maybe the owner will read this and educate the sales team how their salaries get paid. I gave it two stars because seems like they have nice stuff and I still ended up with a keyboard.

Visited today to buy an acoustic guitar. Initially the staff were very polite, showed me where the guitars in my price range were. I sat on one of the many available stools to try out each guitar and find the right one for me. While playing this absolutely beautiful blue $699 fender the sales man very abruptly came over and said I need that guitar, he promptly took the guitar and handed it to another customer whom had just arrived stating she had called requesting to see it earlier. Had he been saving this guitar for her it should have been elsewhere. Disappointed I found the next guitar that I liked the most and fell in love. Meanwhile the salesman obsessively followed around the girl adjusting the her guitar and replacing the batteries in the tuner so they were brand new. The sales experience of me checking out was a one eighty. Very disappointed with the unprofessional manner, unlikely to recommend anyone to go there. Had I not had a gift certificate I would have taken my business elsewhere. On top of all this I am home and realizing that under the stickers on the back of the guitar there is rust already and that the neck may be warped.
