Consistently excellent food and service. Have never been disappointed with a visit. Definitely one of my favorite places for a quality fast meal.
Eh. Yeah, the food is good but the service is bad. If you’re a local be prepared to get incomplete orders, always check your bag before you leave. Sometimes the orders turn out fine other times the employees completely forgot to include food but still remember to charge for it. I’ve been ordering once in a while for like 3 years now and every now and then they just forget to give me all my food. Bad service. They do make up for it though. So at least they’re sorry.
I work a block away and this is my favorite place to eat. Great food, great service. Anything with their Chipotle sauce is amazing, great flavor.
They neglected to tell me on their website that they fired all their delivery staff and are now sending my lunch with Doordash. Food never showed up, shocker. Got to sit on the phone with doordash for a half an hour over my nearly $20 sandwich and soup. Never ordering from this place again. A lesson learned to shop local. Never dealt with this from Klingers!
