Not always the quickest drive through, but the employees are always exceptionally nice. I've never had a mistake made and I've been a customer for a few years at the Mallets Bay location. REALLY PHENOMENAL WORK!

I ordered a small iced machiato with a shot of caramel today. My drink was not filled all the way. I paid full price, but did not receive a full product. I took a photo of the unmixed and undisturbed iced machiato that I received. As the pic shows, I did not take any sips and the machiato was still intact when I took the pic. Not only was it under-filled, it also looked gross.
Worst tasting Hazelnut Iced Coffee I have ever had. Tasted like dish water. Blechh
