Making the coffee right is a hit or miss. Go in the afternoon coffee is spot on go in the morning may get a random coffee
Wrong order again
They brewed immediately when I entered. Maybe I was the first customer there in awhile but I appreciate that small gesture
Great customer service over the phone. Placed an order for jugs of coffee for a special meeting in Grand Isle, VT. I was traveling from Montpelier, VT. I was to place the order 30 minutes out driving up the interstate. Everything was prepared and ready by my arrival. This is a gad station Dunkin donuts cafe. The in house customer service is good but it can have a line of people waiting.
