Knead Bakery

Knead is a neighborhood gem! I have been very impressed by the ease of ordering online (great interface), the professional and courteous staff, and the safety protocols in place for Covid. Everything we have ordered has been very good, especially the sweet potato sandwich and the special yesterday of chocolate - peanut butter cupcakes. Thanks, Knead team :)

No words can describe how amazing Knead Bakery is. Their cashew cheese is the best I’ve ever had, their bread is the best in the Burlington area, and they have a wide array of vegan/gf pastries! Best breakfast spot in town & definitely underrated!

Was in Burlington for the weekend and Knead was definitely the food highlight. We got the french toast with blueberry compote which was incredible, a linzer cookie and the tofu scram which came with griddled baguette. Everything was amazing and I'm *picky*. My only regret was that it wasn't open early enough for us to go a second time before we left town!

Tofu sandwich is excellent. Breakfast tempeh is super great. Baguettes are so tasty. Great place for vegan/vegetarian.

Amazing vegan bakery. Everything is plant-based. Fantastic non-dairy options. The ginger molasses cookies are gluten free as well and are phenomenal.
