We installed a carpet runner recently, and the whole process was seamless. Jaime was great at offering different solutions for an unusual layout. Mindy was wonderfully responsive, kept us in the loop throughout and even brought a few samples from Albany for us to check out. Mark's install was fast and extremely professional. Couldn't be happier.
What a beautiful showroom. Nice selection and Mindy and Jamie are amazing to work with. No pressure and they actually care about your job. Not often seen in today's buisiness environment. Highly recommended !
Originally I felt that Hilda did a nice job working with us on our project and staying within a proposed budget. However, once we realized that the heating element under the mat didn't function, she was very difficult to admit fault on the installation end. She and her installer cited a lightening strike as the reason; however no other electricity issue was found in the house. She then requested we get an electrician to test the system. We did that and the conclusion was that the wire in the element was nicked during the tile installation thus making the system useless. After relaying this to her, she gave no resolution nor offered any money back. I will not be using her help with future projects.
Jamie was unbelievably helpful to us today - went WAY out of the way to fix something that really should have been done by the plumber. I can't say enough good things - really thankful for this store and for Jamie's help!
