Many thanks to Clinton in the Manchester VT store who gave us all the time we needed, answered a ridiculous amount of questions and is so knowledgeable and patient. He sold us 3 very different types of mattresses and truly gave us the space to make our own decisions. Impeccable customer service. The beds are wonderful, we’re sleeping much better. This is the place to go, especially if you’re concerned about a daunting selection process.
Salesman was helpful, well informed and veeerry patient. Delivery was scheduled for 4 days after my purchase. They made the process simple and relatively painless.
Clinton went out of his way to research the mattress type I wanted, within my price range, and available in his warehouse. After I ordered, he called again gently to remind me to remit payment. He did an excellent job, arranging for me to get something better than what I originally imagined, delivered within my window - a better mattress with a deeper discount. Thanks, Clinton!
Lori was so incredibly friendly and helpful. Due to Covid, I did everything over the phone with her in three calls that took under thirty minutes. She searched out the best deals possible based on my needs. And after placing the order late in the day on Monday, the delivery was confirmed for Friday of this same week!
