Love Dunkin and I go almost every day. But today My order was messed up no big deal. Except the women running the register was so incredibly rude today.
I went to dunkin today lady told me at the window that there hot chocolate machine was broke but crystal still made my hot chocolate and came out just as good or better
Went through the drive thru this morning did a mobile order. Pulled up to the window told the girl mobile order she starts to hand me a large drink with receipt and says thanks. I told her we had three drinks and 2 muffins the girl with some color hair said they didn't have something and take the drink with an attitude and swear something. Told them again we had two other drinks and muffins. The girl at the window asked if I wanted a carrier told her yes with three drinks. She handed them out and a bag. Looked in the bag and only had one muffin. Told the girl we had two. She look at the receipt because she didn't give it to us then proceeded to hand us the 2nd muffin.
