Lady working at office was very friendly & nice. She also smiled even with mask on. She answered all of my questions I had then explained everything to me. Did not feel rushed at all.

My experience with Prime Storage lasted 3 months from December to February. I ended my time with them purely based on the fact that I set a deadline for myself to be make room at my private residence and stuck to it.nnThe clerk at this location was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had great conversations and when I had questions, she was always sure to help me find the answers.nnI had ZERO issues with billing. The other reviews here seem incredibly suspect to me as my experience was nothing at all like theirs. I was late on a payment once and I received no price hikes and no price changes at all. In fact, my experience was undisputably better than any other storage unit company I have used.nnLastly, the facility was clean when I showed up and they were clear about making sure I left it the way it was received.nnStorage facilities generally need to be on top of their renters as people use these facilities for illegal activity. They need to be strict and thorough in preventing this behavior. This facility balances itself between both extremes. I rate Prime Storage 5/5 because all listed above and I hope this is helpful to all who take the time to read.
